COVD19 ISSUES Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control there may be some changes to your orders, there is the possibility that we may have to bring forward your delivery day, there may be supply issues that forces us to use a substitute item or flower. We will try our best to ensure this runs as smoothly as possible. There may be cases where the recipient is not at home, we can no longer leave with a neighbour, if at all possible we will leave in a safe place or we will leave a calling card at the recipients address and return to the shop with the intention of redelivering, if this occurs then we may have to deliver on the next available delivery day. IF YOU REQUIRE A CONTACTLESS DELIVERY (knock or ring bell and leave on doorstep) please advise in the delivery comments.
