COVD19 ISSUES - Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control there may be some changes to your orders, there may be supply issues that forces us to use a substitute an item or flower. We will try our best to ensure this runs as smoothly as possible. There may be cases where the recipient is not at home, we can no longer leave with a neighbour, if at all possible we will leave in a safe place or we will leave a calling card at the recipients address and return to the shop with the intention of redelivering, if this occurs then we may have to deliver on the next available delivery day. IF YOU REQUIRE A CONTACTLESS DELIVERY (knock or ring bell and leave on doorstep) please advise in the delivery comments.
Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
